With our state-of-the-art compounding installation, unique in Europe, we can produce customer specific rubber compounds manufactured with high quality and short cycle times.

4/ PRODUCTION CAPABILITIES
Our production site includes both an extrusion and injection department, this for both rubber and plastic materials. This enables us to provide our customers with a wide range of products.
We offer both high-performing rubber parts for demanding applications and economical plastic parts for less demanding applications, giving customers the flexibility to choose the best option for their needs.
5/ QUALITY CONTROL
We are working on raising our ISO (ISO9001) quality system to the automotive standard (IATF16949). As a result, we can support our automotive customers in achieving their specific sector requirements. In order to achieve this, we switched to a new ERP system in 2021: SAP Business 1, which helps to achieve an almost fully automatic workflow, in which traceability and quality control are key factors.
6/ WAREHOUSE & LOGISTICS
Due to our strong growth, we built a new warehouse of 2500 m2 in 2018. It is currently being prepared to function semi-automatically. This allows us to have enough stock for our customers, which leads to faster delivery times.
