PLASTICS EXTRUSION
Our plastic extrusion lines enable us to provide lightweight and economical alternatives for less demanding applications. With up-to 3 extruder we can combine 3 different materials in 1 profile.
In addition to the possibilities of our rubber extrusion line, here we can provide flocking for very soft profile finishes.
RUBBER INJECTION
At our facility, we have the capability to produce rubber injection molded parts using both semi-automatic and fully automatic machinery, depending on the specific needs of our clients. This flexibility allows us to deliver high-quality parts at a competitive price, while also accommodating varying order sizes and production timelines.
Types of rubber we use:
-
NR: natural rubber
-
CR: chloroprene rubber (neoprene)
-
EPDM: ethylene-propene di monomer
-
SBR: styrene-butadiene rubber
-
NBR: nitrile rubber
-
etc.
PLASTIC INJECTION
The number of different plastics is extremely large; as a result of this variety, their properties vary greatly among themselves. We can divide them into two groups: thermoplastics and thermosets. We work with thermoplastics; these are built up in the same way as synthetic rubbers, i.e. from long molecule chains. Thermoplastics are highly temperature-sensitive; these substances always become soft at high temperatures and brittle to fragile at very low temperatures. Under normal conditions, they are hard.
The main polymers we use are:
-
LDPE / HDPE: Polyethylenes
-
PP: Polypropylene
-
PVC-P / PVC-U: Polyvinyl chlorides
-
PS: Polystyrene
-
ABS: Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene
-
ASA: Acrylonitrile styrene acrylate
-
PA6 / PA66: Polyamides (nylon)
-
POM: Polyoxymethylene
-
Glasfiber reinforced plastics
